Meet Tim Tillman

Tim Tillman has been building homes for over 22 years, and it’s clear that building is in his blood. Growing up in Lowndes County, Tim’s family developed well known neighborhoods like Stone Creek and Creekside West. Tim himself was deeply involved in these projects and has since built countless homes across the area.

He’s passionate about delivering quality in every home he builds—something that’s been a constant throughout his career. Tim’s Christian values are at the core of everything he does, and that integrity is woven into each project he touches.

Building homes is something Tim’s wanted to do since he was a little boy. Now, after more than two decades in the business, he’s still just as excited to bring people’s dreams to life. Outside of work, Tim loves spending time with his wife, Megan, and their three kids. Family is everything to him, and it shows in the care he puts into his work.
